Very nice, hoping the anti-tarnish lining works for sterling silver pieces. My only complaints are despite pretty adequate packaging one of the corners of one of the acrylic drawers arrived broken off (I glued it back on but still, not perfect), and though the packaging is nice, there was a gouge right in the middle of the front and if you're giving as a gift and want to check the contents to make sure everything is intact it's almost impossible to do without messing up the packaging, kind of hard to get out. Also, don't need the tall shelf areas, wish there were more shelves since this is for jewelry storage, not other tall items. Otherwise it's nice.Bought this for my granddaughter. She loves it and so do I. Sturdy and lots of room to store jewelry and odds and ends.Quality is nice and was very easy to install over a door. My only compliant; no specific way to display stud earrings which makes-up most of my collection. Having to store them in little storage box tucked into 1 of the shelves. However, lots of room for earrings that dangle - so just wasted space. So my fault for not planning accordingly.I purchased this because it had dual purpose the mirror and storage. One thing to know it doesn't hold a lot of long necklaces. My husband put this up in understand an hour. Arrived in great condition, no damage.I just treated myself to this for my birthday, and I'm thrilled with it! I don't wear a lot of rings (I'm storing 17 in the cabinet), so I've actually been using the ring slots to hold stud earrings (39 pairs). As several other reviews mentioned, the over the door use seems impractical due to the shortness of the door hooks. I used the screws and plugs to mount it, but the included Velcro tape strips were not sufficient to hold the bottom of the cabinet down, so I added some L brackets to the bottom. The two knobs are nice for holding chunky statement necklaces, whereas the hooks on the door itself are better suited for smaller necklaces. The magnet that keeps the door shut is very secure, so the cabinet should definitely be anchored at the bottom. I was a little confused because the outer package said that there was an inner gift wrapped package, when I had not actually ordered gift wrap and the mirror wasn't actually gift wrapped when I opened it. Overall, this is a good way to store a medium-sized jewelry collection.My 15 year old daughter loves this. Only thing is it’s a bit heavy for her closet door and we have nowhere to hang it on our walls. That’s the only thing I am disappointed in. Can’t put it on the floor it doesn’t open correctly. I saw a lady that had a base for it in a video would love to know where she got that. It is very spacious and the mirror is great. The wood is very sturdy for the price.I was hesitant to buy this but am so glad I did! With limited space for all my small crafts supplies, I thought I could repurpose this. It's a great size, plenty of room for my small jars, inks, embellishments, ribbons, etc. It took a little creativity (like using twisted mini paperclips to hang small packets from the earring slots). And I have near full-length mirror to boot! The more I look at it and use it, the more I love it. And if I want to switch and use it as it was intended, I know it can hold much of my jewelry. The small drawers are very useful for bracelets and such -- or for makeup. No regrets.I live in a small apartment with few storage options. This is such a great way to store my jewelry. I appreciate the renter-friendly over-the-door hooks!Really chuffed with this. The bedroom we are decorating is dark green with white painted skirting and shelves, This makes a great mirror as well as storage for a load of makeup, jewellery, pills etc - pretty much anything tbh. It’s not so deep you feel it’s taking over the room like a cupboard. I was going to get a free standing one but this is much more versatile. It dresses a room so nicely and looks smart. I like the lock on the side. Key seems sturdy and the fixtures that come with this to attach to the wall OR on the door are very strong these won’t break easily. Can’t wait to get my room ready to put this up. Love it - when the rooms finished and it’s up I’ll add more photos.I love the idea of this, the execution is so so.Despite being packed carefully, the item is imperfect due to the varnish being scratched. The mirrors also has issues with imperfections, though these seem to relate to manufacture.Inside it's really only set up for dainty necklaces and not statement pieces. That being said, I kept it because dark wood options in this style are very limited, and I have been able to cover the damage.I'm not sure the ring section will last very long. It's very poorly attached to the cabinet. Other internal elements feel fine. I wish the shelves were adjustable. I would also appreciate another bracelet block.Despite the the comments above, overall I do like it.Its a nifty piece or storage. Just wish the quality matched the price.Bought this item with an amazon voucher applied so it took 20 percent off the price, making it a good buy. Lovely, sturdy item that comes already built which is always a real bonus. The earring storage is really handy, as is the necklace and bracelet storage. The plastic storage pots are nice and there are sections to store cosmetics but it's worth noting that most of them are only high enough to hold something the height of a lipstick. Overall a lovely, classy looking item and would recommend.This cabinet is really large, the mirror is long and wide enough to show the whole body if you stand a few feet away. The interior is usefully fitted out, just as in the illustrations. I was impressed by the build quality, it is really well put together.The method of hanging is OK, not as good as being able to screw right through the back, though this could probably be done at the risk of damaging the interior padding. This would make it harder for a burglar to simply take the whole cabinet, whereas as designed it can just be lifted off.My wife loves the convenience of having all her accessories on display rather than jumbled up in her jewellery box but would not use it for really valuable stuff.This looks great wall mounted. Lots of room for earrings, bracelets and hair accessories. The necklace area is a little short for some of my necklaces - could do with more length. Otherwise, all is good.It came beautifully and carefully packaged, with a note providing contact details in case the mirror was damaged.
