Unit came in tact and was a bit challenging to assemble. Took me about 2 and a half hours to assemble by myself because the instructions were not so clear. Once completed I used to staple gun to attach the back part since the screws that came with it took for ever to screw in to hold the back. Over all its a great fixtureLooks good, but not as easy to put together as some others have been, but maybe because this is heavier than expected. Bottom, top and doors are very solid and heavy. I expect this to last.Assembled easy and looks great! Had a need for a part , reached out to customer service and not only did they promptly ship it out they followed up to ensure it arrived. Very impressed.Overall this is a nice cabinet for a small space and I am happy with it. It was not difficult to assemble, but was very time consuming - it took me 4 hours to put it together. It's fairly sturdy, but definitely not as sturdy as a nice quality solid wood piece. Some of the cam lock pin holes were not drilled out, so I had to spend extra time drilling those out. There were also a few little nicks and dings here and there, but nothing major. I changed out the knobs for something a little nicer and added window cling to the upper cabinet glass.I was excited when you first received this cabinet. The box was super heavy but when I started checking parts, piece after piece had chipped or scratched or broken pieces. The drawer came apart in two pieces. My husband ended up fixing that but what a pain to put it all together. I could live with a few imperfections but the chipped cabinet door was hard to overlook. If all the pieces were good I would love this cabinet.It looked great when I got it together. Was very satisfied with my cabinet. But just so everyone knows if you have a 2 year old and you have it sitting in the dinning room while finishing up your bathroom remodel. They may push it over and the moment it hits the floor it will come apart into many pieces and you will be ordering another one.Good for the price.This was not expensive, but, this came Out of the Box with multiple scratches, one small crack and possible water damage on a corner. I hope this doesn’t expand the pressed mdf type wood or absorb moisture in my bathroom over time. I’m pretty disappointed in the fit and finish of the item I received. But, had it not had so many issues, it would have been what I expected. Straight-forward assembly, but SO MANY parts and pieces, it took me almost two hours on my own. I’m going to touch up the flaws with a black sharpie and go on with my life. Once I got the box opened and all the pieces and parts out, the styrofoam vacuumed up AND the parts list verified, there was no way in heck I was going to attempt to put it back in the box to return unless it wouldn’t fit together. I won’t order from this maker again due to very poor packaging, flaws from the factory and excessive parts list. On the photo of the door the white dot is NOT styrofoam...it’s a bright white dot in the finish...won’t come off.The good: every part is labeled - you can follow the instructions to see where what part goes where, as others have mentioned, it is similar to IKEA products- EXCEPT the metal hardware is inferior, as you turn "the screw" part, the round metal part that it attaches to - does not catch immediately- no matter how carefully you position the opening of the round part -it took me multiple tries for the screw to catch on & even when it catches & turn the screw- you don't get that satisfactory feeling that pulls the 2 parts together. Not until I attached the back panels did the cabinet feel a bit more solid. Without the back panels the two cabinets (that sit on top of each other) feel "wonky" & unstable. But in the end, the cabinet came together ~ it is a nice looking piece of furniture - I'll give you that, but if I had known what I know now- I'd given it a pass... Oh, one of the back panels arrived broken (in transit)- I contacted the manufacturer & they'll be sending a replacement piece. For now, I've used the damaged back-panel & will have to replace it, once the new back-panel arrives.I was searching for a tall skinny cabinet that was classy and good for storage. I read the reviews and everyone seemed to love it, so I ordered it...I was not disappointed. It looks very classy, it is easy to put together, just follow the instructions. Great storage! It did have a strong odour when I opened it, that is likely the finished used on the wood. Been up for a bit now. Sturdy, good looking, holds all kinds of stuff. From teas to towels, cat food and canned goods! Definitely a great purchase. I was leery buying furniture from amazon as it was my first purchase, but it was a really great buy!Je l’aimais vraiment pour ça beauté et le rangement, j’en ai reçu deux, le premier que j’ai reçu, il manquait un morceau le panneau L, et le deuxième était défectueux, un gros morceau de la porte du bas était brisé et la porte de la vitre, la vitre ne tenait pas. En plus de ça, j’ai été obligé de retourner les deux au bureau de poste, je pèse seulement 93 livres, c’est vraiment très lourd à manipuler. Pas très contente. J’aurais voulu en avoir un autre, avec les deux que j’ai retourner et la misère du monde à l’embarquer dans mon auto, je n’ai pas osé en recevoir un autre. J’ai eu un excellent service avec Amazone.Exactly how it’s described. I like the finished product.Assembly was not difficult but could have been faster if instructions were little more clear. Parts have been numbered properly but certain parts needed directional arrows and top side indicators. After I almost finished assembling looking for the hole to connect the drawer stopper, but it was on the other side. So I had to take apart few parts and re do again.We needed a place to store all our Xbox games and extra accessories. Because most bookcases have open fronts, we looked for something that had doors. We also needed a narrow case as the space between the wall and tv was limited. We came across the Winsome cabinet in our search and it looked like it would be perfect. It can be a risk ordering products when you can't see them and only have a picture to go by - but this was a good choice.There are a lot of parts for assembly, so take the time to go through and check off everything that was sent in the box. All the parts were included, and there were some spares as well.This cabinet looks really sharp, and although it is built and meant for a bathroom - it works in the living room.
