I love this cabinet. It functions very well and looks really nice. I have only one warning. The instructions are abysmal which makes it difficult to assemble. I was able to figure it out, but it took a while. There were a few times I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best.This was not hard at all to assemble. On a 1 to 5 scale, 2 with drill driver and bite. If you use the supplied hex wrench, still easy but will take 4 times the time to assemble.I like the look of the product, but I am having problems getting the drawers to slide in. I have looked through the instructions numerous times looking to install the railings, but the instructions are unclear. If you have some clearer instructions to help me out, I would appreciate it.It is just average all around: avg difficulty assembling, avg quality, avg functionality, avg size; but thats good because its not terrible. Its just "there", I dont feel like it adds or distracts, but It's good extra space on wheels.I wanted it for my printer but the dam thing is so large (my fault for not checking because I did get an above avg sized printer), now I dont know what to use the top surface for.I will point out a few things about the assembly (pros then cons): everything comes properly packaged to prevent damage; all hardware is individually packaged and labeled for easier access; all holes are pre-drilled; the wheels screwed on weird, but they work ok; theres a step where you have to fasten a screw after the wheels and they just get in the way, when you couldve easily fastened the screw first and then the wheels; the drawers need some use or some WD40 because they all close with different resistanceOverall it was relatively easy to assemble and it ended up being somewhat usefulThis file cabinet/shelf is pretty nice overall. Assembly took a couple of hours: lots of parts to put together! Mostly everything fits together well, but something about the way the holes were drilled meant that some of the screws to attach the drawer runners didn't go in perfectly straight, and the crooked screw heads can impede the drawers from sliding in and out. I had to use a metal file to shave down the parts of screws that were sticking out so that the drawers could to move properly. Other than that I expect this to meet my needs very nicely.The kevinplus File Cabinet came well packed without any damage.The instructions were detailed. All boards and hardwares were labeled for easy installation.The instructions says it will take 1 hour for setup but I spend almost two hours on it. And I used electric screwdriver.The board material is sturdy. One or two minor parts of the boards cracked because my electric screwdriver went in to much. All hardwares come with extra one.You won’t regret spending two hours to build it when you see the results. The file cabinet is absolutely nice to match my home office room!Recommend.
